Steve is a player who will now become renowned for his widget! From a football perspective he absolutely thrives on feeling confident, not just about his own ability but also about his manager's faith in him. If Steve can't feel that confidence he sometimes let's his emotions frustrate his footballing ability. He is a fantastic player when at the top of his game. Comfortable anywhere down the middle, but more effective in an attacking midfield role. Steve can score goals, set goals up, create space for others and also stop the opposition from advancing on our own goal. He never gives a ball up and is a true team player. Yea ok he misses some shockers in front of goal, just like the next person in this squad, but he dusts himself down and gets on with the next task in hand.
